Job Description In your new role you will:
- Develop and deliver multiple forecasts (short-term and long-term)using proprietary tools, summarizing key trends and presenting actionable insights to management.
- Collect Sales and Marketing input through standardized templates to ensure customer- and platform-level granularity.
- Consolidate key customer data while incorporating trended markets, delinquent backlogs, pre-builds, and other unique forecast elements into master forecast that is easy to analyze.
- Maintain an organized forecast database to enable effortless comparison of historical and current changes.
- Leverage AI tools to improve forecasting performance and operational efficiency.
- Cross-validate data from multiple inputs (Sales, Design database, Order backlog) to identify inconsistencies or gaps in the forecasts.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain teams to communicate critical forecast changes and adjustments.
- Generate reports on required volumes (e.g., Finished Goods and Wafers) while aligning them with known or projected manufacturing capacities; identify potential bottlenecks within the production pipeline.
Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A methodical and analytical mindset, with the ability to process and interpret complex data.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and database management, particularly in handling large datasets.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure the accuracy of forecasts and reports.
- A curious mindset and proactive approach to investigating anomalies in data and unexpected trends.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to distill intricate data into clear, meaningful insights for various audiences.
- Effective interpersonal skills for working with Sales and Marketing teams to obtain inputs, enforce consistency, and validate logic.
- Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, cycles, and associated supply chain intricacies is highly preferred.
- This position requires a combination of technical expertise and communication skills to deliver accurate, actionable forecasts while driving cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

El Segundo Ca Minimum of 140,700 per year and maximum $ 193,500 per year
