Responsibilities:

Provides administrative support to technical programs, report preparation, word processing, vendor purchase order preparation, and basic cost data management.
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries and expense reports.
Prepare and distribute reports, briefings, and other documentation.
Provide administrative support to leadership, staff, and international teams.
Liaise with overseas third-party agents to support operations.
Maintain records and databases in compliance with security requirements.
Track and report project and program status updates.
Manage scheduling, correspondence, and general office tasks.
Attend various staff meetings, draft and submit meeting minutes.

Requirements
Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
Five (5) or more years of experience
Operation of office productivity systems
Strong knowledge of Government program report requirements and formats
Ability to obtain a secret clearance as required by the US Government contract

Working Environment:
Hybrid (telework and Columbia, MD on-site) Possible travel to Norfolk, VA.
