About the Company:
Our client is a premier investment firm headquartered in San Diego, known for its dynamic approach, collaborative culture, and commitment to excellence. They are seeking a highly skilled and professional Senior Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to C-level executives and serve as a key partner in ensuring the smooth operation of business initiatives.
Position Overview:
The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, overseeing executive communications, and handling sensitive information with discretion. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, including calendar management, travel arrangements, expense reports, and meeting coordination.
Serve as the primary point of contact between executives, internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of executives.
Coordinate board meetings, investor presentations, and firm-wide events, ensuring all materials and logistics are handled flawlessly.
Anticipate executive needs and proactively manage priorities, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Handle highly confidential information with integrity and discretion.
Partner with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and enhance executive productivity.

Requirements
Qualifications:

7+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives, preferably within financial services, investment, or professional services industries.
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with virtual collaboration platforms (Zoom, Teams).
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and composure.
Proven track record of exercising sound judgment, discretion, and confidentiality.
High level of initiative, resourcefulness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
