My client is a leading organisation in the children’s residential care sector, looking to hire

experienced leaders for three senior roles across the North West and North East:

Registered Services Manager – Lead a multi-building residential children’s home, managing a team to deliver high-quality care and measurable outcomes for children.
Operations Manager – Oversee daily operations across multiple services, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a motivated, high-performing team.
Business Operations Manager – Drive the mobilisation and development of new services, embedding quality improvements and leading strategic initiatives.

What they are looking for:

Experienced leaders in children’s residential care with strong operational and team management skills.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks, including Ofsted standards and safeguarding requirements.
A hands-on, collaborative approach with a commitment to delivering outstanding care and supporting staff development.
