Operations Manager

Surecall Medical Recruitment are searching for experienced Operations Managers for a Healthcare Client of ours on a permanent basis.

About the Role

Working in Elective Care, you'll be responsible for the smooth running of the service, managing clinical relationships and ensuring outstanding patient care.

Responsibilities:

Day to day management of the service
Delivering cost efficiency programmes
Working closely with the Clinical Director and Head of Nursing to ensure high quality patient care.

Required Skills:

Strong clinical engagement and people management skills
Operational management experience in a Healthcare setting

Preferred Skills:

Experience in managing Elective Care

Pay range and compensation package:

Salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 plus benefits.
