About the Facility Location The facility is located in Cape Cod, Massachusetts. About the Clinician's Workday This position offers a MondayThursday schedule with 10-hour days (8:00 Sign up or sign in for contact information :00 p.m.) or five 8-hour days with a 30-minute unpaid lunch. No call or weekend duties are required. The provider will see approximately 20 patients per day, treating all ages for Family Medicine or 18 for Internal Medicine. Board certification, DEA, and BLS are required, and the first two COVID vaccine doses are needed. Support staff includes one nurse shared between two providers and a dedicated medical assistant, ideally already licensed and experienced in a federally qualified health center (FQHC) serving underserved populations.
