Junior Data Analyst

Salary: £34,000

Location: Remote (with London office available)

Working Model: Remote/Hybrid

About the Company/Role

A national non-profit org is looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join its central reporting function. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career (first or second role in data, or pivoting in) who has strong Excel skills and exposure to reporting tools.

You will:

Produce performance reports for senior stakeholders, improving reporting processes, and supporting decision-making with clear, actionable insights.
Work within a supportive team of 8 analysts and senior leads, gaining exposure to high-impact reporting and cross-functional stakeholders.
Use Excel and Business Objects to extract, manipulate, and present data.
Improve data quality and streamline reporting processes.
Deliver ad-hoc analysis and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Communicate complex data clearly to non-technical audiences.

Skills and Experience Required

Strong Excel.
Good exposure to Business Objects.
Confident communicator with stakeholders.
Comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information.
Experience in regulated, non-profit, or public sector environments is desirable.
Early career analyst (1st or 2nd role) or someone looking to pivot into data.

Interview Process

Numerical test.
Interview with managers covering test results, technical skills, and motivation.
