⚽ Passionate about sports? Excited by the challenge of building scalable, real-time systems that will be seen by millions worldwide? Join us and shape the metadata backbone behind one of the biggest events on the planet.
🎥 At HBS, we're not just filming sports - we're crafting unforgettable moments for billions of viewers! Our Digital team plays a key role in making that possible by building the tools and platforms that power the live broadcast experience. In preparation for the FIFA World Cup 2026, We are developing a robust, scalable metadata API that will serve as the backbone for multiple real-time and historical applications across sports and live event production.
This API will expose structured data about teams, players, match events, and associated media assets, enabling other systems to deliver editorial content, drive broadcast graphics, and support operational workflows. The goal is to build a future-proof system that can evolve with changing data needs and integrate seamlessly with frontend tools and real-time renderers.
As the Senior Software Engineer – Backend/API Focus, you’ll take the lead on designing and implementing this service, from data modeling to endpoint structure and performance tuning, ensuring it meets the needs of multiple real-time consumers with reliability and clarity.
