Project Analyst

Work Mode: Hybrid

Location: Hybrid – Kohler, WI

Opportunity

Under direct supervision of the Program Manager, the Project Analyst is responsible for conducting basic, task-specific business analysis and summarizing the results. This would involve developing information and statistics, maintaining on-going files necessary for managers to develop forecasts, marketing strategies, new products, and strategic plans, and assisting with any other special projects dealing with an existing product line or channel.

Specific Responsibilities:

Draft reportsand presentationstosupport valuedmetrics,activate operational opportunities, financial and resourcing data.

Preparemoderatelycomplexdocumentsusingavarietyofapplicationsor technologydevices,such as standardofficesoftware.

Responsibleforgatheringandsummarizingdataforreports.

Contributetoreviewingexistingoperationsandgeneratenewideastoassistin continuousimprovements.

Skills/Requirements

Required:

Bachelor’s degree with a Business, Data or Finance.

0 to 1 year of marketing experience.

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Excellent organizational and communication skills with great attention to detail.

Must be self-motivated to see an opportunity, dig in, find root cause, collaborate and be a catalyst of change management.

Preferred Background History:

Work experience or degree as a Business Analyst or People Systems Analyst.

Experience working with Creative Teams and/or Work Management Tools like Workfront, Monday, or Workamajig.
