The Fashion Subsidiary Technology team is looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Chief Technology Officer. This role will be responsible for understanding both team and wider customer priorities for Fashion Subsidiaries (Shopbop & Zappos), react with appropriate urgency to engage & partner with the right leaders, and proactively facilitate problem solving. A successful candidate in this role will have in interest in understanding how Technology can impact a wide array of customer & internal partner needs. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and demonstrate strong bias for action.
As a Executive Assistant II, you will be responsible for a wide range of critical activities including complex calendar management, tracking key deliverables, coordinating travel and expenses, and organizing team activities and events (such as townhalls meetings and employee engagement activities).
Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating meeting agendas, space planning, and ad hoc project coordination. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company is important. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to act as an extension of our leaders in partnership with a supportive and collaborative EA community.
Working in a highly ambiguous environment, you will demonstrate initiative, complete tasks and projects quickly, and proactively take action without having to know the total picture. You will learn organizational structures and objectives of the teams you support, as well as build a strong internal network. Key job responsibilities
• \tOwnership of calendar management for the CTO. Plan, negotiate, and schedule meetings to accommodate managers and others. Use discretion and judgment to determine priority of meetings.
• \tManage complex travel arrangements and event planning such as offsites or team celebrations. Complete business expense claims promptly and follow up on reimbursements if necessary.
• \tUtilize time management and organizational skills to juggle responsibilities and strategize efficiency and priority. Organize and maintain information that may be sensitive, confidential or technical in nature.
• \tIdentify opportunities to improve work processes to leverage own and department's workload.
• \tCollaborate with other Executive Assistants and business partners on key business events and meetings.

F2 Subsidiary Tech teams supports the full breadth of the Zappos/Shopbop businesses, using both Amazon and bespoke systems to deliver innovative solutions that maximize our teams capabilities and Amazon advantage.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience
- Experience with executive level calendar management
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
- Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
- High school or equivalent diploma
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading process improvements
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
