Car Wash Assistant Manager - TXB

Corner of Washington Street & Hwy 370. We are looking for those with Technical & Mechanical abilities (OR willingness to learn)! You will be performing and training on electrical & mechanical equipment, hardware and software - diagnosing issues that may require replacing or repairing parts, then testing and making adjustments.

$18-$20/hour depending on applicable experience and availability, with aggressive raises, possible monthly bonuses and free car washes. MUST be available and willing to work some weekends and evenings.

The Assistant Manager is the “assistant site leader” in charge of supporting day-to-day operations, managing shifts and maintaining brand and location standards set by your General Manager. Customer service is the focus of all team members - the Assistant Manager is tasked with ensuring that all team members strive for EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Primary Job Functions

Manage proper scheduling and Staff Training
Shift Self Audits
Process and procedure implementation and training, ensuring all team members are performing duties assigned
Handling customer complaints and assisting in managing damage claims
Assist with site marketing plans and follow-up with measurable details

Essential Functions

Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.
Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.
Perform all other tasks as assigned.

Basic Competencies & Requirements

Basic understanding and use in Excel, TEAMS, and other office applications using a computer, tablet, smart phone, software, and the internet
Technical & Mechanical Capacity, ability to problem solve challenges and shift priorities quickly
Ethical Conduct
Communication Proficiency
Results Driven, Self-motivated behavior, Courteous people skills
Completion of high school or trade school
Courteous people skills
Enjoy a fast-paced work environment, and maintain a clean and organized work space
Requires driving, standing, walking, bending, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Must occasionally lift and/or move items over 50 pounds
