Zachary Piper Solutions is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support a classified government program in El Segundo, CA.
Essential Duties of the Administrative Assistant:

Provide general administrative, clerical, and/or secretarial support.
Perform routine and non-routine tasks including coordinating office/program inspections, maintaining calendars, and electronic file management.
Responsible for scheduling and arranging meetings, researching and securing requested information, compiling and proofing of various reports and studies.
Transcribe confidential or technical information, take and distribute meeting minutes, order supplies, answer phones, respond to customer inquiries, and manage customer travel.

Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:

Bachelors Degree AND 10+ years of related experience.
Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.
Knowledge in specialized office management and administrative functions.
Experience must include proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Experience must include working for/with high-grade/executive level customers.

Compensation for the Administrative Assistant:

$120,000 - $160,000 (based on experience)
Comprehensive benefit package; Cigna Medical, Cigna Dental, Vision, 401k w/ ADP, 20 PTO, 11 paid holidays, Sick Leave as required by law.
