Operational Data Team Lead, full-time on site in Lehi, Utah

Job Description
We are seeking a proactive, experienced Manager I to lead a dynamic team and oversee complex operational and administrative functions. This is a pivotal role requiring strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent interpersonal skills. As a Manager I, you'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure services are delivered effectively, policies are implemented consistently, and goals are met with integrity and efficiency.
Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day supervision, coaching, and leadership to a team of professionals or support staff.
Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Interpret and apply policies, procedures, and regulations to resolve operational issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure service delivery meets organizational standards.
Prepare detailed reports, memos, and correspondence for senior management or external partners.
Participate in the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff.
Represent the organization in meetings, presentations, or negotiations with external entities.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree and six years of experience or a master's degree with four years of experience, and/or equivalent education and experience. 2 years of previous supervisory experience required. Must have knowledge of business practices and be able to balance competing interests.
