Pay: $200,000-$400,000

You are:
- Confident: Ready to make sound clinical decisions, own your treatment planning, and communicate clearly with patients and staff.
- Energetic & Fast-Paced: You bring enthusiasm to the practice, keep up with a busy schedule, and enjoy a “no standing still” environment.
- Adaptable: Comfortable jumping into new systems and quickly becoming integral to the team dynamic.
- Emotionally Intelligent: Self-aware, empathetic, and proactive in gracefully navigating interpersonal dynamics and stress.
- Professional & Humble: Holds high standards for clinical excellence while staying grounded, teachable, and respectful toward the team.
- Interested in IV sedation: Already certified or willing to get certified in IV sedation.

With restorative, preventative, and surgical care, including extractions, implants, and sedation, we can serve the majority of our patients in-house.
You’ll be joining two experienced doctors, a strong group of assistants and hygienists, and a veteran support team that knows how to keep things moving. The systems are dialed in, the staff is cross-trained, confident in selling large treatment plans, and the handoffs between clinical and admin teams are seamless. We’re seeking someone who wants to step in, learn how we operate, and grow.
