Project Kuiper is Amazon's low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Project Kuiper is looking for a Program Manager, Launch Operations - Scheduler/Coordinator with proven ability to organize ambiguous projects into tactically executable schedules and plans for cross-functional teams. This role requires extreme level of detailed management, ability to create visuals and communications to upward leadership, scoping and creating project plans, improving processes, coordinating and driving execution, and communicating to management and stakeholders on status, risks, and changes. Internal stakeholder communication is critical to ensure all members are aligned on expectations and strategic ownership of deliverables. This role will require exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high judgment when clear guidelines may not exist, and the ability to work independently in a high-pressure environment with all levels of leadership.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of program or project management experience
- 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
- Experience building processes, project management, and schedules

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
