W2 Pay Rate OT (Over Time)     $28.50

Weekly Pay Package (Taxable + Nontaxable)
> W2 Wage (RT+OT based on expected hrs)     $760.00
> Nontaxable Weekly PerDiem     $1,246.00
Total Weekly Gross Pay Package     $2,006.00

Must have- Min 2 years exp req Pre Post Op RN- pre op all surgical, cath lab and IR patients, blood transfusions, and phase II recovery Certs- BLS, ACLS, PALS TX License req
