As Customer Engineering, you will handle the process once the order is confirmed by thoroughly reviewing the customer’s requirements based on regulations and specifications, configuring the technical solutions in Camos and SAP, preparing the documentation for customer approval, and managing the process from pre-handover through to the final list (S3).
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Understand customer requirements based on global regulations and specifications.
- Configure the technical solution that meets the customer needs and at the same time grant the best competitive benefit to the company.
- Creation of electrical diagrams and material lists for customer approval.
- Assure all documents generated during his developments comply with Internal procedures. Ensure technical portfolio availability within current tools.
- Work closely with laboratory, product engineering and technical support on the definition of the technical requirements.
- Support department with technical needs and collaborate with global team on technical matters.
What you Bring- University Degree in Engineering Electrical or Mechatronics.
- Experience working with electrical systems.
- Knowledge on IEC, ANSI, IEEE standards is a plus.
- Schematics design in EPLAN desired.
- Technical Knowledge - Electrical Equipment. ProE Creo 2 / 4 desired.
- English, at professional working profiency level.
- Soft Skills: Positive attitude, leadership, adaptability, time management, creativity, critical thinking, cultural competence communication, emotional intelligence, teamwork.
