How You’ll Make an Impact
- Manage the human and material resources of the responsible area.
- Ensure compliance with established quality standards; achieve compliance
with equipment delivery schedules and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure the proper use and operation of the machines and devices used in
the process, following an ongoing staff training program.
- Ensure the safety and integrity of staff in the work areas.
- Ensure compliance with the established indicators for the area through
periodic monitoring: compliance with the production plan, overtime, time
notification, inventory, maintenance, among others.
- Responsibility for complying with and/or enforcing the protocols,
policies, guidelines, and competencies of the current Integrated Management
System (EHS, Quality). – Mandatory for all positions in Mexico
What You Bring
- University degree: Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Professional Experience: 1 year of experience in an industrial
manufacturing and assembly process environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Interpretation of mechanical and electrical
drawings, knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and industrial
equipment, SAP management, knowledge of lean processes and manufacturing, etc.
- Language: Intermediate English.
- Skills/Competencies: Assertive communication, creativity and innovation,
risk management, emotional intelligence, etc.
- Managing work teams

The selected person will work jointly with the
Company's Factory Management, commercial and technical teams and other support
areas of the Company.
