For more information, visit the Sr. Administrative Assistant to multiple VPs within the GTM organization, you will play a critical role in managing complex schedules, coordinating domestic and international travel, and ensuring priorities and deadlines are met. You will partner closely with the VP, Sales and key stakeholders to prepare materials for meetings, collect and synthesize information for presentations and strategic planning, and serve as the first point of contact for high-level relationships. You will also lead communications across the organization, ensuring alignment on initiatives through email, Slack, and calendar management, as well as plan and execute team offsites and events. In addition, you will provide creative support by developing slide presentations and business assets, helping to drive organizational initiatives forward and enabling leadership to focus on delivering business impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES - Maintain the schedule for multiple VPs in the GTM organization including meetings, projects, and priorities
- Book appropriate domestic and international travel, handling travel policies while taking into account visas, costs, and proper documentation
- Balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines
- Ensure VP, Sales is prepared for upcoming meetings by gathering necessary materials & information
- Partner with key stakeholders to collect and assemble information for presentations, projects and strategic planning
- Serve as the first point of contact for high-level contacts and the VP, Sales
- Draft and execute on org-wide communications including but not limited to email, calendar, slack and other strategic communications that help drive org initiatives forward
- Lead event planning for team offsites and team activities
- Creative assistance with slide presentations, assets, and other Gong deliverables used for the business
QUALIFICATIONS - Hold an academic degree
- 3-5 years of relevant administrative experience
- Task-oriented & can efficiently execute requests
- Can effectively manage unexpected incidents
- Attention to detail + high discretion

The annual salary hiring range for this position is $90,000 - $125,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, job-related skills, qualification, education, experience, and location. At Gong, we have a location-based compensation structure, which means there may be a different range for candidates in other locations. The total compensation package for this position, in addition to base compensation, may include incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. Some of our sales compensation programs also offer the potential to achieve above targeted earnings for those who exceed their sales targets.
