Position Summary The Sr. Executive Assistant will provide direct support to the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Information Officer, Vice President of Communications, and the Vice President of Marketing for UCHealth. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, professionalism, and interpersonal abilities to efficiently manage multiple high-priority tasks. As a liaison between executives and other departments, the assistant ensures smooth communication and workflow while maintaining a proactive approach and meticulous attention to detail. These qualities are crucial for seamlessly achieving the strategic objectives of the executive team. This position is an onsite role and does not offer a hybrid or remote work option.
Key Responsibilities - Manage complex calendars, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Prepare, review, and distribute reports, presentations, and other executive-level documents.
- Organize meetings, conferences and special events, including agenda creation, minute taking, and follow-up on action items.
- Support special projects and initiatives, tracking progress and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion, maintaining the highest standard of privacy.
- Anticipate challenges and proactively offer solutions to ensure seamless executive operations.
- Cultivate strong relationships across all levels of the organization, representing executive leadership with poise.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapting quickly to shifting priorities and urgent requests.
Qualifications - High School diploma or GED
- Minimum of two years of experience supporting C-suite or senior executive leadership, preferably within healthcare or a large corporate environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters.
- Agility in managing competing priorities and complex projects.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and sound judgment.
Pay: $70,345 - $105,518 annually. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience
