Position: Fulfillment Associate

Location: Raleigh, NC

Pay: $21/hour

Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Type: Full-time; Contract to Hire

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Greene Resources is seeking a Fulfillment Associate to join a growing and dynamic team! Our client is a fast-growing needlepoint storefront and e-commerce business looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and upbeat team member. This role supports both the in-store experience and online order fulfillment, with responsibilities ranging from customer service and sales to inventory management and shipping.

Job Description:

Welcome and assist walk-in customers with warmth and professionalism.
Complete in-store sales and check inventory using Shopify.
Restock and merchandise threads, canvases, and accessories.
Prepare canvases (taping, staging, etc.) for display and sale.
Accurately pull and pack products listed on printed invoices.
Package and ship online orders daily.
Organize and manage the back stock of inventory.
Support product receiving and restocking, and flag low stock for reorder.
Use spreadsheets and inventory tools to maintain accurate stock levels.
Keep the fulfillment and shop areas clean, tidy, and organized.
Pitch in with miscellaneous shop and office tasks as needed.

Position Requirements:

Prior Shopify experience is a plus (training available if needed).
Eager to learn and adapt—no stitching experience required, just curiosity!
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Comfortable using spreadsheets and inventory systems.
Ability to multitask and stay on track in a fast-paced environment.
Friendly, customer-focused attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Creative mindset and interest in crafting or needlepoint are a bonus.
Ability to occasionally lift packages up to 25 lbs.
