Executive Assistant

Job Description
Our client in the Healthcare industry is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team. This individual will provide high-level support to multiple Vice Presidents and their teams.
Location: North York, fully onsite.
Hours: 7 hours a day, full time.
Pay rate: $40/hour.
Start date: ASAP.
Contract length: 3-4 weeks.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage complex calendars and schedules.
Organize meetings and events, including logistics and communication.
Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries.
Monitor emails and prioritize incoming requests.
Provide administrative support for committees and meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups.
Prepare and edit various documents and correspondence.
Maintain organized filing systems for electronic and paper records.
Track budgets and expenditures; assist with payroll and HR submissions.
Serve as a liaison between the Vice Presidents and other staff.
Manage office supplies and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Office Administration or equivalent.
Minimum five years of experience in a senior administrative role.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Discretion in handling sensitive information and good judgment.
