Administrative Assistant

Zachary Piper Solutions is hiring an Administrative Assistant to assist the U.S. Space Force (USSF) in advancing and implementing warfighter technologies within the Battle Management Command, Control, Communications, and Intelligence division of the Program Executive Office, based in El Segundo, CA.
Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant include:

Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth office operations.
Perform both routine and specialized tasks such as coordinating inspections, managing calendars, and organizing electronic files.
Schedule and arrange meetings, gather and verify requested information, and compile reports and studies with attention to detail.
Transcribe confidential or technical content, take and distribute meeting minutes, and handle office supply orders.
Answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries, and assist with travel arrangements and other administrative needs.
Step in to support other administrative roles when needed, requiring familiarity with their tasks and responsibilities.

Qualifications for the Administrative Assistant include:

Demonstrated expertise in specialized office management and administrative support functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Experience supporting senior-level or executive-grade personnel in high-visibility environments.
Must possess a current and active Tier 5 (T5) or SSBI security clearance, adjudicated for SCI eligibility, and be enrolled in the Continuous Evaluation program (if applicable).
Willingness to be nominated for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Programs (SAP).
Must consent to undergoing a Polygraph examination if required.

Compensation for the Administrative Assistant include:

Salary: $120,000 - $160,000
Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, PTO, Sick Leave as required by law, and Holidays
