REPOSTING
SUPERVISOR OF STUDENT SUPPORT SERVICES
QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum of three years school administration or central office experience.
Thorough knowledge of applicable federal and state laws.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in the areas of personnel management, school administration and supervisor of programs and staff.
Highly effective skills in mediating controversial issues.
Expert project management and consultative skills.
Keen ability to serve as a contributing team member within a central office organization comprised of administrators charged with ensuring all aspects of education across the district.
Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.

REPORTS TO:
Superintendent
SUPERVISES: District Latchkey Program, District Investigator
JOB GOAL:
To provide leadership and guidance in the development, coordination and implementation of student-based support services.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES :

Serve as a member of the District leadership team.
Function as Municipal Alliance Coordinator for the district.
Serve as Anti-Bullying Coordinator.
Serve as Homeless Liaison.
Liaison to District discretionary grant opportunities.
Function as Student Residency Official.
Coordinate NJSMART data collection and fidelity protocols.
Function as administrator in charge of all Charter School issues.
Coordinate NJDOE Special Projects.
Coordinate all aspects of student registration.
Coordinate District special projects, as determined by the Board.
Supervise District Latchkey Coordinator and District Investigator.

COMPENSATION: As per the GTCASG Contract - $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
BENEFITS: Full Time Staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision Benefits. Sick, Personal and Bereavement Days are included.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
12 Months
VACATION:
As per current district vacation policy.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated annually in accordance with provisions of the Board's policy on Evaluation of Administrative personnel.
