KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Mobility Services - Intune to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.
Responsibilities: - Support and maintain the corporate enterprise mobility devices and platform, including the Intune server support, troubleshooting and conducting upgrades; provide second level support as required to internal clients
- Partner with architecture and engineering teams in deploying new technologies and solutions; perform health checks on the Intune platform
- Assist in developing, organizing, and maintaining operational procedures and documentation (technical and non-technical) and producing and obtaining reports on usage and inventory of wireless devices
- Aid the manager in performing routine system administration tasks including application patches, upgrades, backups, and configuration changes
- Perform internal mobile applications testing, and support applications being published through Intune
- Accountable for wireless carrier engagement; handle billing inquiries and required reporting
Qualifications: - Minimum three years of recent experience working with Intune Enterprise Servers, as well as supporting Windows servers, and an enterprise class monitoring solution
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred
- Advanced technical skills in SSH clients, and remote server maintenance
- Strong English communication skills both written and oral, with strong interpersonal skills to support a customer service driven environment; ability to work under pressure and in an environment with constantly changing priorities
