✅ What You'll Do as a Hospice LPN

Provide direct hospice nursing care to patients in their homes
* Administer medications, perform wound care, IV therapy, and other treatments
* Educate and support patients and families on disease processes, symptom management, and end-of-life care
* Collaborate with the RN Case Manager and the full interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, compassionate care
* Document clinical visits and interventions accurately and on time

What You'll Need to Join as a Hospice LPN:

Active LPN license in the state of Massachusetts
* At least 2 years of nursing experience (hospice or home health strongly preferred)
* Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
* Empathy, strong communication skills, and a commitment to patient- and family-centered care
