JOB SUMMARY
The Coordinator 1 - TSI/Texas College Bridge/OnRamps supports the efficient operation of the District's TSI exams, as well as Texas College Bridge and UT OnRamps programming. This position works with district and campus-level staff to manage program implementation at the campus level. This position ensures effective operation of TSI exams, manages all aspects of Texas College Bridge implementation at the campus level, and oversees UT OnRamps programming districtwide.
MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage the operations of district TSI exams, including but not limited to, identifying appropriate students for testing, supporting campus testing administrations throughout the year, and conducting post-testing data analysis.
2. Manage the implementation of Texas College Bridge at campuses to support achievement of campus and district CCMR accountability goals, including, but not limited to, registering students, supporting monitoring and reporting on student progress.
3. Manage the implementation of UT OnRamps programming districtwide, including, but not limited to, expanding student access to UT OnRamps courses, conducting data analysis, and serving as the liaison with district partner.

4. Collaborate with team members to plan and organize meetings, workshops, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and materials preparation.
5. Regularly engages customers, clients, and end users, including through frequent school visits, to gather personal feedback on the impact of activities and needs.
6. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree required.

WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years working in the district/central office of a large urban school district

SKILL AND/OR REQUIRED LICENSING/CERTIFICATION
Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES
Regularly provides project management or team leadership to a group of two or more employees but does not have formal supervisory responsibility. Leading and directing is restricted to monitoring work and providing guidance on escalated issues. Most of work time is spent performing many of the same duties they are leading.
WORK COMPLEXITY/INDEPENDENT JUDGMENT
Work is substantially complex, varied and regularly requires the selection and application of technical and detailed guidelines. Independent judgment is required to identify, select, and apply the most appropriate methods as well as interpret precedent. Position regularly makes recommendations to management on areas of significance to the department. Supervision received typically consists of providing direction on the more complex projects and new job duties and priorities.
