As the Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and Head of Licensing. Your role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, aligning strategic priorities, and enabling effective decision-making. Your understanding of the team's agenda and the broader organizational landscape makes you a key partner in driving executive efficiency.
This position reports to the CFO and is based out of Irvine, CA.
As the Executive Assistant, you will have an opportunity to:
• Function as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Exercise discretion when managing confidential information and make informed decisions in the team's absence.
• Function as a gatekeeper, managing access to the leader, thus ensuring focus on issues are of greatest importance.
• Balance prioritizing tasks, meetings, and information flow, alongside managing logistics and scheduling to maximize the team's effectiveness.
• Take on the role of a trusted advisor, providing incident and analyses to inform the teams decisions.
• Spearhead special projects that are of strategic importance to the organization.
• Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
• Manage their calendar and set up meetings.
• Make travel and accommodation arrangements.
• Rack daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports.
• Format information for internal and external communication - memos, emails, presentations, reports.
• Identifying areas of improvement across the organization and making actionable recommendations.
• Steering strategic business initiatives from genesis to fruition.
• Provide hands-on support to transform ideas into reality and monitor their progress.
• Work together with the communication team to guarantee the successful planning and execution of all-hands meetings. This involves coordinating timing, scheduling, and flawless execution.
• Travel will be required for team offsites, BOD Meetings, Investor Day, and other related events in this role.
• Be the CFO, CTO and Head of Licensing trusted confidant, someone who is perceptive, attentive, and has a deep understanding of the organization.
You have:
• Bachelor's degree at a minimum.
• 8+ years of executive administrative experience.
• High level of professionalism, excellent organization skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Must be adept at resolving issues that arise and have the ability to find and implement solutions.
• The ability to influence without managing.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and the capacity to work under pressure are essential.

Pay Range:
Annual Salary: $80,700.00 - $126,300.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
