Position: Executive Coordinator
Pennsauken Public Schools is an urban/suburban Pre-K to 12th grade school district of
approximately 5,000 students located in Camden County, New Jersey
Responsibilities: - Serve as the advisor and strategic partner to the Superintendent.
- Provide high-level administrative support and ensure the effective operation of the Superintendent's office.
- Manage the Superintendent's schedule, communications, and district priorities.
- Assist the Superintendent in matters related to the Board of Education, including communication and preparation of materials.
- Ensure collaboration among academic and non-academic divisions to meet district goals.
- Monitor the implementation of district-wide programs and support continuous improvement.
- Facilitate clear, timely communication with staff, families, and community members.
- Work collaboratively to resolve conflicts and respond to concerns from staff, families, and community members.
- Promote a responsive, transparent, and solutions-focused organizational culture.
- Build strong relationships across the district and broader community to foster trust and collaboration.
- Maintain constant communication and contact with the Superintendent concerning the overall operation of the district.
- Manage special projects and perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Public Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in a public or private organization.
Preferred Qualifications - Master's degree in Educational, Business, Behavioral Science, or related field.
- 3+ years in a leadership role for either a public or a private organization.
- Experience working with school boards, public agencies, or community-based organizations.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities: - Proven leadership in a large, diverse organization, preferably in education.
- Expertise in project management, strategic planning, and team building.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Sound judgment, political acumen, and ability to manage complex issues.

- Skilled in time management, organization, and multitasking in high-pressure environments.

Terms: - Terms and conditions determined by the Pennsauken Board of Education
- Full Time-12 Months with extended hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Flexible schedule to meet district demands while completing a minimum of 40 hours per week.
Salary: $85,000
