Description The Boulder County Attorney's Office is hiring a
Legal Administrative and Technical Assistant to provide legal and technical support to attorneys and staff. This position plays a key role in supporting litigation, labor relations, and legal technology systems, and will report to the County Attorney Administrative Deputy.
The Legal Administrative and Technical Assistant will be responsible for a wide range of duties including document drafting and filing, litigation support, legal technology maintenance, and IT troubleshooting. This position will also support union grievance processes and help evaluate and implement new legal technologies to improve office efficiency.

POSITION DETAILS This is a full-time and benefited position. The work schedule is Monday - Friday and work hours are determined by need but generally fall between 7:30am - 5:30pm. The office location is in theDowntown Courthouse, located at 1325 Pearl St., Boulder, CO 80302. This is currently a hybrid position with the option of working from home up to three days per week. This position will be required to attend in-person meetings at other Boulder County locations as necessary. Under FLSA guidelines, this position isnon-exempt (eligible for overtime).
Boulder County requires its employees to reside in the state of Colorado as of the first day of work.

REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Education: High school graduation or equivalent
Experience: Six years of progressively responsible experience in an office or legal environment
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in a legal or legal technology environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft O365 tools
- Experience with legal technology systems such as Logikcull, LawToolBox, Westlaw Precision
- Familiarity with automation tools and data migration practices
- Experience working for a government entity.
- Understanding of labor relations
