About The PositionWe are seeking a qualified Occupational Medicine Nurse Practitioner for an 8-day locum tenens assignment in New York, starting Sep 3, 2025. This role involves day shifts from Monday to Friday, focusing on assessing patients' physical capabilities for home health services. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for gathering medical histories and performing quick physicals, ensuring each patient is fit for their prescribed home health tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties- Gather detailed medical histories from patients
- Conduct brief physical exams to assess patients' ability to perform home health services
- Ensure all patient interactions are documented accurately
- Work collaboratively with home health agencies to align patient capabilities with required services
- Maintain a high standard of patient care and confidentiality
Additional Information- Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in New York
- Experience in Occupational Medicine preferred
- Autonomous practice capability required
