About The PositionWe are seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician Assistant for a 15-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts. This rewarding role begins on Sep 2, 2025, and features a Monday-Friday schedule with a daily start time of 7:30 AM. The selected candidate will be crucial in coordinating patient care and providing support within a dynamic healthcare environment.
Job Details- Location: Massachusetts
- Start Date: Sep 2, 2025
- LOA: 15 days
- Provider Type Needed: Family Practice Physician Assistant
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM, rounds starting at 7:30 AM
Responsibilities and Duties- Round on sick patients within scheduled time windows
- Coordinate care with outside hospitals and doctors' offices
- Consult and collaborate with an OB/GYN provider on specific cases
- Provide essential support to mid-level providers on-site
- Available support from the regional director via phone for consultations
Additional Information- Must be licensed in Massachusetts
- Experience in corrections and prenatal care preferred
- Familiarity with opioid use disorder treatments is advantageous
