Position Details:
- Location: 10441 Lakewood Blvd. Suite B, Downey CA 90241
- Outpatient based only
- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no evenings or weekends or call schedule
- Consults, follow-up appointments with daily admin time built in schedule
- Manage care for patients with neurological conditions / deficits including post-stroke, dementia, Alzheimer’s, Epilepsy, migraines
- Patient Schedule: Average of 18 - 20 patients per day
- Medical Assistant and support staff with specialty department

Required Qualifications:
- BE/BC Neurology
- Unrestricted CA Physician License
- Current CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
- Welcome 2025 Grads!
- EMR Proficient
- Excellent time management skills
For CaliforniaResidents Only: The salary range for Californiaresidents is $271,900 to $382,400. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
