Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week)

HumanEdge Health is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a 12-week travel contract in Norwich, Connecticut. This role is based in a Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit that includes a Special Care Nursery. Candidates must be confident managing both NICU-level care and postpartum couplets.

Facility & Unit Details:

Setting: LDRP with Special Care Nursery
Unit Size: 18 LDRP Beds, 3 Special Care Nursery Beds
Patient Ratios:
Special Care Nursery: 1:1–3
LDRP (Couplets): 1:2–3

Typical Cases: Neonates ≥33 weeks gestation

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent NICU experience
Certifications Required:
BLS (AHA)
NRP

Additional Skills: Must be comfortable with both NICU care and postpartum couplets
