Accounts Payable Specialist

Do you have Accounts Payable experience? Our client is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist!

Responsibilities:

Prepare & process invoices, expense reimbursement reports, etc.
Prepare, process, distribute and mail accounts payable checks
Communicate with other departments, internal customers and outside vendors regarding invoice inquiries/discrepancies and payment status
Maintain vendor databases
Respond to vendor and store inquiries
Investigate and respond to accounts payable issues
Filing

Requirements:

Associates Degree required
AP Experience preferred
Extremely detailed and accurate
Must have knowledge of ERP Systems
Ability to learn quickly, prioritize and stay organized
Problem solving skills, open communication and ability to help with whatever is needed
