Job Overview:
We’re looking for a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Rochester, New York. This role offers a chance to make a lasting impact by helping patients overcome communication and swallowing challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments to diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
Educate patients and caregivers on therapy strategies and progress.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state SLP license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
