Description: New weekend payrates plus $5,000 sign on bonus The Weekend RN Staff Nurse provides compassionate care to terminally ill patients, based on an ongoing nursing assessment of need and in accordance with the established plan of care. Day or night shift, 12 hours, on Saturdays and Sundays. Duties include: · Educate patients and caregivers on end-of-life care, services and other resources · Document complex medical information using clinical tools, data and other information to complete assessment of patient needs · Follow quality care processes in compliance with regulatory guidelines and company procedures, demonstrated ability to respond to patient and family needs in a timely manner · Establishes professional and collaborative relationships with patients, families and providers utilizing strong written and verbal communication skills · Basic computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite · Care Site - private residences, hospice inpatient centers,...
