We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our team and contribute to the success of this project. Job Purpose: The Law Enforcement Assisted Diversion (LEAD) Program Coordinator will oversee the implementation and day-to-day operations of the newly established LEAD Diversion program. This role involves working directly with clients who have substance abuse issues. The Coordinator will conduct initial intake assessments and refer clients to community resources for substance abuse treatment. Additionally, they will collaborate with community treatment organizations to monitor client progress within the program.
