LHH is recruiting an Office Administrator for a medical-legal office in Mayfield Heights. According to established policies and procedures, the Office Administrator (OA) partners with the President to oversee the operations of the office.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for overall day-to-day office function, including facility management, vendor resources and interfacing with building management, cleaning company, building security and parking. Responsible for managing the operational function of the office.
Administers and oversees the compliance of the office policies & procedures and the individual office\u2019s procedures.
Contracts for the purchase of necessary office supplies, within the limits prescribed by the Firm\u2019s budget for such expenditures.
Directs firm's Records Policies including scanning and destruction of closed files.
Organizing and maintaining file system for medical records and for ALL documents.
