The Clinical Pharmacist – Oncology will provide collaborative pharmaceutical care to patients receiving antineoplastic therapy or palliative care therapy in the setting of malignancy. Additionally, the pharmacist will work in collaboration with pharmacy leadership, the hematology/oncology providers, and infusion centers to monitor chemotherapeutic utilization, supportive drug therapy utilization, adverse drug reactions, therapeutic regimens, and patient and provider safety....
