There may be times where they would help round on inpatient – whether during ED shift or as an extra shift – not common but does happen.
Experience with ED procedures including RSI, procedural sedation, fracture reduction, suture skills, splinting, arthrocentesis, and I&D's.
Experience should include caring for pediatric, OB/GYN, and geriatric patients in an ED setting.
