This is a great opportunity for an attorney who enjoys hands-on litigation, partnering directly with experienced partners/senior attorneys, and working on high-exposure matters across Texas. This team handles a mix of sophisticated defense litigation, including insurance coverage (1st/3rd party), construction defect, professional liability, commercial/business litigation, premises liability, and catastrophic trucking/transportation.
