General liability, product liability, premises, mass tort defense (catastrophic injury, PI). Needs motions, discovery, depos/trials in state/federal court Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and trial briefs; conduct depositions and prepare witnesses. Strategize case management, negotiate settlements, and try cases in state and federal courts. Collaborate with experts, insurers, and clients to develop effective defense strategies.
