This outpatient Internal Medicine role in Northern California is built for physicians who want to practice at a sustainable pace. Practice Overview:

100% outpatient Internal Medicine in a modern clinic setting 12 to 15 patients per day to support thorough, unhurried visits No production requirements or pressure to increase volume Collaborative support staff designed to reduce administrative burden Practice model focused on continuity and long-term patient relationships Compensation & Benefits:

$340,000 guaranteed salary with no RVU targets $40,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance Malpractice coverage, CME support, and generous PTO Student loan repayment options available Mileage reimbursement for commuting Candidate Profile:
