Responsibilities: Structure, negotiate, and close complex commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing Conduct due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage all aspects of deal execution Draft and negotiate purchase agreements, lease agreements, loan documents, and related transactional materials Advise clients on zoning, land use, and development matters Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the firm to support large-scale and multi-jurisdictional projects Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the relevant state 3-5 years of experience in commercial real estate law at a law firm Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills Experience handling complex real estate transactions from inception through closing Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach Interested in hearing more?
