This is an opportunity to join a firm with a longstanding reputation for aggressively advocating on behalf of injured individuals and families, backed by strong brand recognition, consistent case flow, and the infrastructure to allow attorneys to focus on practicing law rather than generating files from scratch. The platform offers strong mentorship, hands-on litigation exposure, and clear long-term growth potential for attorneys looking to build a career in plaintiff-side advocacy. The Opportunity: This role will focus on representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters from intake through resolution, depending on experience level. Representative responsibilities may include: Managing personal injury caseloads involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and related tort matters Conducting client intake and case evaluations Drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and demand packages Negotiating pre-litigation settlements with carriers and opposing counsel Taking and defending depositions Attending hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial proceedings (depending on experience) Working directly with clients throughout the lifecycle of their cases Why join us?
