About the Position We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our new outpatient clinic in Bangor, Maine. You’ll provide comprehensive, patient-centered care to individuals and families, focusing on preventive health, chronic disease management, and acute care. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a growing clinic and make a meaningful impact in the community.

Position Highlights

Provide full-spectrum primary care for patients Collaborate with a skilled clinical team to deliver coordinated, high-quality care Focus on prevention, wellness, and chronic disease management Flexible scheduling and strong administrative support

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $140,000 – $150,000 Urgent care services at no cost for team members and families Comprehensive benefits including health, dental, and vision coverage Company-paid Short-Term Disability and optional pet insurance 401(k) match after one year of service Educational Alliance with Purdue University Global – reduced tuition for team members and families

Requirements

Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Maine or ability to obtain 1–3 years of primary care experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and independent practice skills
