About the Position West County Health Centers, Inc. -

Full Time Employed Average Patients seen:

10 patients per 4 hour shift Call Schedule: Shared rotating home call schedule Loan Repayment Sign-On Bonus:

$50000 Compensation:

- Salary starting at $135,000 and increases based on experience - Guaranteed annual salary + monthly and quarterly bonus structure up to 10% of salary - $50,000 sign-on bonus program - Relocation assistance as well Benefits: - Comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits package for your entire family - 3-5 weeks of vacation (based on years of service) - 2 weeks of sick leave - 10 holidays - Sabbatical opportunities after 6 years of service - Jury, Bereavement, and other personal leave options - 403(B) Retirement Plan + employer matching - Section 125 Flexible Spending Plan Medical allowance - Continuing medical education and professional licenses for professional staff - Long-term disability and malpractice insurance for professional staff - NHSC-qualified loan repayment site - State loan repayment Additional Info:
