Job Details What You'll Do Manage e-filing of court documents, calendar hearings and deadlines, organize case files, and coordinate logistics Draft and proofread litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and memos Support attorneys with email correspondence, pleading preparation, and client file management Communicate professionally with clients and opposing counsel Conduct basic legal research, including local rules across various superior courts Scan and digitize records and pleadings with a sharp eye for accuracy Handle data entry and billing-related tasks Assist with firm operations, including website updates, marketing, and lead generation support Provide reception coverage on an as-needed basis Collaborate closely with attorneys and staff throughout the litigation lifecycle What You Bring 10+ years of experience as a legal assistant in a law firm setting 5+ years of family law experience (strongly preferred) Fluency in Mandarin and English (required) Strong technical skills and comfort with legal software Excellent written, verbal, and analytical communication Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize time-sensitive tasks A strong work ethic and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset Supervisory or managerial experience is a plus Why Apply 100% remote flexibility Competitive compensation based on experience Boutique firm environment with meaningful, substantive work Opportunity to take initiative and grow with a collaborative team Interested in hearing more?
