About the Position JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant • Job Type: Permanent • Location: Fayetteville, NC • Service Setting: Outpatient • Coverage Type: Clinical + Call • Coverage Period: Ongoing • Clinical Shift Schedule: TBD; Days • On-Call Shift Schedule: TBD; Rotation • Call Type: Shared Call

PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Geriatric and frail elderly patients • Patient Volume/Census: TBD • Admissions: As Needed • Rounding: Included • Phone Consults: As Needed • Case Mix: Primary care, chronic disease management, preventive care, and transitional care

FACILITY INFORMATION • Collaborative environment with physicians, nursing, therapy, and support staff

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Active NC PA License • NCCPA certification • DEA • BLS • Clean Record (highly preferred) • 2 years Physician Assistant experience required • Experience with geriatric or frail elderly populations (preferred)
